Warranty

GREE provides a limited 7-year warranty for the outdoor unit's compressor and a limited 5-year warranty on all functional parts within the split system units. Please note that the units must be installed following your state and local codes, and the units must be registered online through the manufacturer for the warranty to be upheld.
